Make sure to use the correct location to log in. A login option can be found at the top left of each yuku
page.
1. If you have a global account, you may need to add @u, or @e to the end of your username. For example, instead of 007 try
007@u or 007.u or 007@e
2. If you have a local account, you'll need to add .tracksidetalk or @tracksidetalk to the end of your
username. For example, you'd try 007@tracksidetalk or 007.tracksidetalk instead of just
007..
3. Try logging in with your email instead of your username
4. Try requesting that your password be resent to you to ensure it's correct.
